Ranendra Bhanu Majumdar, popularly known as Pandit Ronu Majumdar, has often created magic with the soulful tunes of his bansuri, playing a significant role in creating a space for the instrument on global stages.
Majumdar recently composed ‘Samvet' and performed it with a band of 546 musicians at the historic Gwalior Fort in Madhya Pradesh. The composition was made up of Miyan Malhar, Miyan ki todi, and Darbari ragas.
